1) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

2) Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission.

3) AI outputs

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for how you use the output (including in real interviews).
• Do not submit sensitive personal information (passwords, SSNs, medical data).

4) Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through our billing provider and customer portal.

5) Intellectual property

• The Service, including its design and software, is owned by us and protected by law.
• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us permission to process it to provide the Service.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will be correct.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll post an updated effective date.
