Billing Policy

This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Interview Co-Pilot. This is general information and not legal advice.

1) Subscriptions & renewals

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel. You can manage your subscription through the in-app Billing page and the customer portal.

2) Upgrades

Upgrades typically take effect immediately. Depending on your billing configuration, you may be charged a prorated amount at the time of upgrade.

3) Downgrades

Downgrades are typically scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period (so you keep your current plan features until the period ends).

4) Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellations are generally effective at the end of your current billing period (unless otherwise stated in the portal).

5) Refunds

Because Interview Co-Pilot is a digital subscription service, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were billed incorrectly (for example, duplicate billing), contact us within 7 days and we’ll review the situation.
